Very patient with me deciding on things and helped me through insurance problems. They are very clean the whole time. They are willing to work with my budget. I am very picky and they made me happy. They did my kitchen 2 years ago and was willing to put things on hold for a month in the middle because of family issues. This time it was painting 2 rooms and a half bath with floors. I highly recommend working with Len. From the outset of this project, Len and his team went above and beyond to make sure that my requirements were met and even made recommendations along the way to optimize the final kitchen. Not only did Len manage to stay within budget, but also enhanced the kitchen with additional backsplash that wasn’t originally part of the plan. I was not happy with the overall service. Things were not handled properly, and there were unnecessary delays. Communication could definitely be improved. It was not the smooth experience I was expecting.

The experience was not very satisfying. Staff response was delayed, and the service quality felt unprofessional. There was a lack of attention to detail, which made the process frustrating. I expected much better service.
