I have been trying just to get a quote to replace my liner in my inground pool for a year and a half, called 4 times and had two appointments to come look, that they canceled. I have yet to get a quote even.
Worst advice ever. I told them everything was low on my test strip but clorine was high and pool turned green. They told me my test stops were bad to add clorine and stabilizer and alga kill. Sold me the stuff. I put in pool and vacuum all the dead algae took my water to be tested because ph and alkalinity was still low. They tested water and said my clorine was off the chart high and stabilizer was dangerously high. When I told her I did what she told me to do she ignored me and refused to comment .
