I don't want to ruin this 5-star review, but the facts are just too unfair. When the installer first came to my house to install the Furnace, they already installed a duct boot. They also forgot to install water heater's gas lines. I went to Len's office twice to inquire when the remaining 5 boots and the water heater's gas line would be installed, and once by email. I live out of town and was having issues with my pressure system. Craig, from Lens Plumbing, kindly helped me deal with my issue over the phone, free of charge. He easily troubleshooted the problem, and talked me through the solution I was able to do on my own. He was wonderful, professional, and most importantly, HONEST. I can not express enough, how reassuring it is know an excellent,and honest plumber.
