Love Lien's work. She does a great job and my nails look good for several weeks, til time to get them redone.
Lien is the eyelash tech and owner. She doesn't’ practice good hygiene while doing eye lashes on her clients. I didnt see her washing her hands before she applied my extensions. I didn’t think anything of it at first but now I have an eye infection. Lien, please wash your hands and especially do so in front of your clients.
I have been going to Happy Nails for ~18yrs. That was when I started to pamper myself. Lucky for me I found a person that is very detailed with precision, honest and takes pride in her work. So it's my one-stop for all -- mani/pedi, wax and once in a while, lash extensions! I have tried other places via Groupon -- Hillsboro, Beaverton & Portland for all the services and I always come back to Happy Nails. At times she has had to fix or redo from services I received using Groupon. A++++ service by Lien
Setup an appointment for 11am for my wife. At 10:24am the day of she got a call asking to reschedule to 1pm that day. My wife arrived at 12:55pm only to be told she would have to wait until 1:30 and then after talking with another customer found out that this happens often and infact she was there for a 1:30 appointment. Very disrespectful from start to finish!!!!!
