We had a wonderful experience at Lens n Specs. The staff provided a truly personalized approach and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. A few things that you should know about this place: 1. This is a VIRTUAL office. They have onsite techs that do the basic eye health tests but refracting is done by a remote tech and then finally a doc will remote in at the end to review the test results. I personally did not like this at all. It was slow and at the mercy of a good connection between the remote and site. We had to change techs bc they kept losing connection to the refractor. Horrible customer service! The front desk receptionist walked away while I was trying to speak with her, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was sold an insurance plan, but when I brought my glasses in for repair, I was told the damage wasn’t covered. The coverage was not explained clearly at the time of purchase. They may seem friendly at first, but when you need help, the customer service is poor and the staff can be rude. I would not recommend this place. ☆☆☆☆
Very hard working man was very helpful with my time there even with his machine down made sure to go out of his way and my glasses by hand for my vacation to be perfect definitely deserves 5 stars
