Wonderful quality and shipped much faster than I expected. I got the clip on sunglasses and I am very pleased with quality. I am going to order more. I see a lot of bad reviews about customer service but they replied within 12 hours to me (they're international so honestly that's excellent in my opinion especially when this isn't a dire situation). This is my second order and definitely won't be my last.
They were very helpful and kind even helped me fix my old glasses I broke that weren't from them. Everyone was kind and helpful. Couldn't get progressive that same day, but with some glasses, you can just not progressive. Super nice go above and beyond!
Ordered my glasses-(4 pairs)on Jan 26th. On February 1, I asked them how long it would take for shipping and If they applied my coupon. And now they are telling me that my order was put on hold? And I still wouldn’t receive my glasses by February 15Th. I paid the day I ordered and noticed my coupon was not applied. Feeling a little scammed.
