I came to pick up my glasses, he told me 1-2 I came almost 5 and they were supposed to be open. The place was closed without notice, I traveled all the way to Flatbush and had to travel back without my glasses that I paid in full for. I called TWICE with no answer. Now I have to go to school without my glasses, and miss more school to pick them up. L
My partner went here a few weeks ago to get a new prescription and new lenses in his frames. We came to pick them up and shortly after, his vision began to deteriorate significantly and he had bad headaches. He stopped wearing the new lenses and went to a different shop and found out that the lenses from Lens Lab Express Optical were entirely the wrong prescription! I needed an eye exam. I paid out of pocket. My plan was to use the prescription to buy my glasses elsewhere. The front desk refused to give it to me and made me pay for a piece of paper with my prescription. I know this is illegal and everyone should be aware of this type of activity in this establishment. Unfortunately I didn't have time to discuss this and coughed up the $20. Greed will one day be the end of this establishment. I had an issue with frames and Leo took care of me; he has a knowledge of frames and glasses that not only impressed me, but made me very grateful for having selected Lens Lab Express Optical. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years and I appreciate knowledgeable and helpful opticians.
