I went to this Lens Lab Express location in Corona, Queens, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but when I asked for a copy of my past contact lens prescription which they had on file they flat-out refused to give it to me, claiming it was “against their policy” to release expired prescriptions.
