The lady up front selling glass was with a nasty attitude because I couldn't pay the rest of my bill for my glasses which cost almost 300$ and I tried to see if she can reverse the money for the glasses so I can go somewhere else and she told me that they can't and everytime I spoke she looked annoyed because I couldn't buy it u need better customer service
The eye exam is great. They go so into detail. BUT its a f**king scam! I went there with for two of my little sisters and for myself, we are covered by a health insurance and all and they were charging me around $300 for only two kids frame that my insurance "covered" but since they had high astigmatism he kept insisting in getting thinner glass and the anti glare because it was preferable for there sight and age. Didn't buy anything, the sales people are to pushy and nothing is under $500.00. Its a rip off!!
