Eight months after my appointment, this company has stated that my insurance at that time rejected my coverage, and now I owe them $200+ out of nowhere. They offered a payment plan, at least, but remained completely indifferent to the fact that I lost my job due to tariff impacts. They simply did not care that I'm living on a fixed income in an unpredictable job market for my industry. Never coming back here if I can help it.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience trying to get replacement glasses. The staff here completely ignore patients’ concerns, and it’s nearly impossible to reach the doctor or get a straight answer.
overall it was quick and easy but I checked the box for the eye drops but instead they did the scan which had cost $40 more
So I started wearing glasses in 1956 (75 years old) and I have never had this problem of peeling of glare coating You think glasses that cost over a 1000.00 would NOT have this problem! So much for paying more for quality. I picked up glasses in April 2024 (17 months ago). I noticed problem about 9 months later and planned on returning but forgot (currently using my last pair not purchased here). I had the best customer service experience with Sarah at the South Willow street store. My frame on my glasses broke and I start teaching next week. Sarah found the exact frame at another store and went out of her way to pick it up and put my lenses in so that I can see next week. She relieved a huge stress for me by thinking creatively and meeting my needs. Sarah is and has been an ultimate professional on every level. Sincerely Kerri Goupil
