Fran was so patient and attentive with both of my young boys. Each with their own challenges, she didn’t dismiss my concerns but helped me understand how some of their sight difficulties could affect their behaviour. We matched them both up with some super trendy glasses and now both boys, myself and my husband are all Lens Avenue converts!
We had such a lovely experience with Fran at Lens Avenue for my 7 month old’s eye exam! She was so incredibly thorough and just wonderful with him. It’s not always easy keeping a baby happy during an exam, but she made it look effortless! It’s such a relief to find someone so professional who is also so kind and patient.
Alison has always been so pleasant to deal with and has kept it honest every step of the way. She’s always taken her time to go through every check possible to make sure I was walking out of Lens more confident thank I walked in! I’d recommend her to anyone :)
