I can’t thank Alison and her staff enough for the care I received when I came in for an assessment for my very sore eye.. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond even coming in specially while she is caring for her new born. She treated me with such patience, compassion, and professionalism. Truly grateful for the exceptional care. Highly recommend!
I bought two pairs of glasses here and always find their styles cool and lenses the best in Australia. Alison is incredibly friendly and helpful—any issue with my eyes or glasses is resolved quickly and reliably. This year, I got Theo glasses in neon orange, and they’ve earned me so many compliments—even making a great first impression with my new managers!
Alison was absolutely amazing. I had something stuck in my eye and after calling around doctors without any help I decided to call an optometrist for help. She took me in straight away (thankfully there was a gap in appointments) she was so helpful, gentle and really knew her job. She had such a great attitude! Highly recommend her services!
