Can't thank Frances Grasso enough! We had such a wonderful experience. The team was incredibly patient and gentle with both my children, taking the time to explain every step in a way that made them feel comfortable and confident (not easy to do with a 4 and 2 year old!!) . Frances was thorough, kind, and clearly experienced with kids. My 4 year old left smiling - and actually excited about their new glasses. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a caring, kid‑friendly optometrist :)
I have been wearing spectacles for fifty years and lived in other countries and so have met many optometrists. Without doubt, Alison is the most professional, thorough, kind and caring I have come in contact with. Nothing is too much trouble. As well, her fashion sense when it comes to her spectacular range of frames cannot be matched.
Fantastic service, profesional advise and amazing range of glasses and sunglasses, eye test was very thorough and styling session for eyewear was something I haven’t experienced before as someone who wore glasses my whole life. Definitely destination you have to visit

First time I went for an eye test - Ally was very professional and thorough. I also picked my first pair of glasses. Staff were great, super knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to getting a second pair soon!
