Honesty is a good policy My car recently started making some sqeaking sounds when I braked. I took it to Len's on the advice of a coworker who goes there for all her servicing, but I had never been there nor had I heard of it. The people working there were incredibly friendly and the place was clean and inviting. I dropped my car off and they even gave me a lift back to my office. Lucky to have this resource near my home Len's is one of few businesses in the mostly residential area I live in. They had already proved to be a good neighbor with their clean, well kept property. One of my neighbors referred me to them. They now service my wife's VW and my Trooper. I manage the service department at a local motorcycle shop and having that perspective, I realized immediately they were going to provide the type of service I will pay for.
