Great service handling my inspection and reinspection after repair was made
Just wanted to take a minute to share about ***'s Auto Repair. I have been a customer of ***'s for about two years. I have been to the *********** center and now regularly go to the North ******** shop. I go for most normal maintenance procedures, inspections and repairs, when needed. **** and ****, at ********, have always taken the time to answer my questions, given me my options, when present and have not tried to upsell me on things that aren't needed yet, In other words they have been fair and honest with me. Honesty is a good policy My car recently started making some sqeaking sounds when I braked. I took it to Len's on the advice of a coworker who goes there for all her servicing, but I had never been there nor had I heard of it. The people working there were incredibly friendly and the place was clean and inviting. I dropped my car off and they even gave me a lift back to my office. A couple of hours later they called and told me that my brake pads were in good shape, and they had a good long life left in them. The squeaking w... read more
Lucky to have this resource near my home Len's is one of few businesses in the mostly residential area I live in. They had already proved to be a good neighbor with their clean, well kept property. One of my neighbors referred me to them. They now service my wife's VW and my Trooper. I manage the service department at a local motorcycle shop and having that perspective, I realized immediately they were going to provide the type of service I will pay for. Couldn't ask for a better place to have your vehicle worked on. They replaced the water pump on my 2014 Edge which isn't an easy job they kept me informed daily and was very prompt on doing the work from here on out they will be my go to mechanic. Highly recommend them

Did not fix car on appointment date, then wanted to keep car all weekend. Not completed when promised, car did not get fixed, and was charged for two hours of diagnostics. They released the car and did not plug in oil pressure switch they unplugged during diagnostics. Only needed plugs and wires, and oil pressure switch. ***** failed to repair the car after having car for 48 hours. Very disappointed in how I as treated and service.

We can't relate to people who don't trust their mechanic. We've been taking our vehicles to Len's for decades with no complaints. As another reviewer said, they have old school values but with high tech equipment. We recommend them highly.
Dealt with Len's Auto repair years ago. These guys are honest and great. So driving home one day I see the Lens in Cottelville and had to check and see if it was the same family. Lucky me it was. This family has all the old school values and I love thier work. Try them and you will see what I'm talking about. The dealer won't be seeing my vehicle anymore! P.S. Kim needs to move over here also!
