My family has known Lenard for over 35 years. He has been our trusted family mechanic since he started at this shop. I not only recommend him to strangers on the internet, I recommend him to folks I know IRL. He rebuilt his shop after Hurricane Michael, which was important because Bay County lost so many professionals (who simply left the devastated city). Negative zero stars. He’s not to be trusted, only maybe if you’re the same r@ce (whyte) as him. I paid for a wheel alignment plus tipped him and left on feet walking since he didn’t allow us to stay, watch and make sure he actually did the job. And just what I feared, he didn’t service my car so I paid for nothing.
