Called looking for a part, a very rude man answered the phone and did not have any time for me. I was travelling with my rv across canada…dont waste your time with this rv shop!
Promised to come to our place (quick 10 min drive from len’s RV) to help attach the awning he made for us, to the fence. Backed out on his word. Refused to come after we paid him cash for the awning.
Don't give this "business" a credit card number to hold a camper. You might get scammed out of your money without signing or agreeing to anything. Awful service. We're still waiting to get out money back from this place to cancel the rental.
Do NOT shop at Len's RV. Do NOT get repairs, parts or service. Negative stars. Had a repair done that cost 3X the initial quote and we had to take it elsewhere only one year after his "life-of-the-trailer" repair because it was all coming apart and Len's wouldn't honour their work. Not my problem, he said. The other company did the repair for over $1K less with higher quality product and much better customer service. I can't believe Len's is MPI accredited.
