I lived here for exactly 3 years, and it was a good experience. I always felt safe. My building was always kept clean, and if anything happened, like leaks or anything that needed fixing, the process to submit a maintenance ticket was quick and easy, and the maintenance team would fix it quickly. Howdy, I just moved in at the end of August 2026. Cant say enough how greatful I am to Karina. Karina pretty much held my hand every step of the moving process. Karina, is very sweet, so professional and very knowledgeable of how the leasing industry works. Karina goes the extra mile to make sure the moving is smooth. I’ve been here 3 years and I would say it started off rough however after new management came in things have got better. Theresa and Kerry the managers, are super sweet and so are all of the other staff.
I’ve had a great experience with my property manager, Ms. Kerry. She is such a kind, nice and professional person, and she’s always easy to work with. Whenever I need help or have a question, she’s always there to assist and makes sure things are taken care of. Ms. Kerry truly goes above and beyond to help, and I really appreciate how responsive, understanding, and helpful she is. I’m grateful to have someone like her managing my property and would definitely recommend her!
