Clean well maintained The staff is amazing Erica was amazing she took her time and showing me the amenities. every unit that I asked she did not hesitate to give me all the information on that unit, she is amazing with her knowledge and knows what she is doing they have such professional employees.
The complex recently changed management (and its name to Reserve on Kingsland), and with no prior notice, deleted the online payment portal along with the website. The new management, without introducing themselves, waited eight days after rent was due and served “notice to vacate” forms to many residents. No “hello, we’re your new management”, no warning or anything. So they threatened with eviction unless late fees were paid. Management said it was not their problem and were rude.
