In my opinion, think twice—or ten times—before renting a house.
I originally had an issue with the approval process but the manager Theresa made it right very quickly. I had an overall awesome experience with her and Karina. Theresa was super hands on and communicated with me even when I didn’t need her to! Even the residents are great people and very welcoming. I love everything about this property, the leasing team and the area.
My husband and I were really excited to tour this apartment community, but we were disappointed almost immediately. Unfortunately, the leasing agent, Essence, was not welcoming, and the entire tour felt very rushed, as if she just wanted to get it over with. She didn’t go over the available floor plans or pricing, only saying she would email us the information later. I've proudly called Reserve on Kingsland home for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best apartment communities I've ever lived in. What truly sets this community apart is the leasing office and management team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My kids and I have been living at Reserve on Kingsland for the past two years, and it has truly become our home. We have enjoyed our experience so much that we are excited to renew our lease and move into a three bedroom apartment. One of the things I appreciate the most is the amazing office staff.
