After a long process of dealing with the previous ownership (Greystar), I’m faithful that the new management is proactive in making things better here. There were many problems under Greystar’s management, but with Kerry and her team coming in and taking over there has been significant improvements made. So much so that I will be staying here for years to come. Thank you to Kerry and her team for all the hard work, and making things right.
This complex has screwed me over time and time again. I had faith in the new management…. This was going to be a 5 star review but unless they make this right, I’m moving to a different apartment. My electrical outlets haven’t worked since I moved in over a year ago, I didn’t have a washing machine or garbage disposal for 2-3 months, dishwasher doesn’t work….. extremely disappointed.
I've been here 3 years and haven't had any problems. Maintenance has always been on time when I have needed. Big shout out to Jorge for helping me out this morning!! Thank you again so much!!

I have been a resident since 2019. I plan to renew my lease again, I love it here. The property is beautiful and clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. If you haven't had a chance to visit, I recommend you stop by. Great place!
