Immediate relief I have a problem with sciatica and Sonya does great work in providing immediate relief, that lasts for a long time. And Lennox is a cute town.

Active Grandma I have disc issues in my lower back, stenosis in my neck shoulder spurs. Sonya is the rare therapist, who can make me feel like a young woman again. She cares and she knows my body better than I do, and has never hurt me. I feel renewed and relaxed after a session with her.
Incomparable After reviewing the above comments about Sonya, there is little to add except DITTO to all of the above (except what Steve Y said about his wife). She is brilliant. Calling her a "life saver" might be going to far...but she comes close to it. She makes each visit special, and her techniques have improved my body and spirits immeasurably. Having experienced more than my share of massages and chiropractic sessions with others, I can honestly say no one compares with Sonya.
Sonya is the answer. To paraphrase Lennon/McCartney, "all you need is Sonya." Anyone experiencing stress, tension or any variety of bodily aches and pains (who hasn't) owes themselves a visit to Lenox M&B. A session with Sonya provides relief from all the above and more.
