Disgusting. She works to get criminals off to maintain her client base. The criminals continue to terrorize the county and she justifies it for her own benefit. Thank goodness she didn't become the Commonwealth’s Attorney.
My husband and I retained Tracey Lenox on behalf of our son, who was 17 at the time, to represent him regarding an initial assault and battery charge. Ms. Lenox sent an email request at 10pm EST to my daughter on a Sunday night in hope to get text messages exchanges between my daughter & I for her client’s court hearing on the next day at 9am. Ms Lennox threatens to subpoena my daughter’s phone records if she doesn’t comply. My 25 yr old is so terrified that she couldn’t sleep or function. Had a great experience overall. Tracy was patient and understanding and walked me thru every step from what to expect in court to a great ending with charges dismissed and no fines. Hope to never be in a similar situation but if I am , Tracy will be my first call.
