I would avoid this location. I faced multiple issues, starting with the difficulty of finding the facility due to it being in a construction zone with scaffolding and a filthylobby. The elevator was draped with grimy moving blankets, and the waiting area was uninviting and not well-maintained. Nonetheless, the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, so I decided to proceed. The bathroom was messy and unsanitary. Technician was dismissive. Didn’t give me any instructions on how to prepare for the x rays. Room had not been cleaned and had a used gown on the bed. Absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary conditions.
Forget all about PennPlaza West , just know it's #257 West 34th on the LOWER LEVEL. The entrance is literally blocked from 34th by a news stand. I provided video and panarama pix , hope it helps.
Convenient location, but rude and dismissive front desk staff. Warm greeting to 3 men who arrived after me which was incredibly unprofessional.
Made me wait an hour and a half to be seen. Didn’t disclose the ridiculous wait upon check-in. Totally unacceptable.
