Amazing Service!
I went there for an MRI and had an amazing experience. Sky and the staff in the back were very amazing and kind. Sky made my whole experience relaxing. She offered to play music and offered me a blanket. She made sure I was comfortable and spoke to me throughout my MRI. Definitely would come back.
My appointment was scheduled for 12:15p. I came from mid-town to 34th Street only to be told that it was moved to 1p and the radiologist was behind and told me to come back at 1:30p. The front reception DID NOT CARE one bit about my inconvenience. They even questioned me as if I was wrong, until I showed them my confirmation for 12:30 and all she said was, “okay”. Go to another clinic unless you have an hour and a half to kill. Totally unprofessional.
If you have an 8am appointment DO NOT bother coming in at 7:45am as they tell you to in their dozens of pre-appointment emails and texts. The first tech showed up at 8:07am, another rolled in at 8:22am. The lobby door does not unlock until 7:30am and there’s no way to call on the intercom. Nobody will be in to answer anyway. My appt was 8am…it’s 8:45am and I’m still waiting.
I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. After being given some unclear directions on where to keep my items while receiving my MRI, I came out to look for a staff member to clarify. Instead of addressing me directly, the MRI technician looked to the other tech and said “Is she yours?” The tech continued to be unfriendly during the test.
