I love the professionalism the staff showed, and also the timeliness of my appointment... I was in and out within an hour... Thank you
They have 100 receptionists in there and most of them are uninviting and rude. We were late 10 mins and they cancelled our appointment even though there was nobody in the facility and the closing time was 4:30. They claimed that their actual closing time is when the last patient leaves which is ridiculous because I'm sure everyone gets paid till closing time. I am disgusted but not surprised.
