Avoid this place at all costs — they are not just unprofessional, they are scammers who endanger the health of their patients. I needed a CT scan and contacted several clinics, including this one. After spending half a day on the phone, they told me it would cost $500 if I paid in cash. I then asked about the price with insurance. They took my documents, asked for time to check, and got back to me a day later with a quote of $180. I scheduled the appointment through insurance, and $180 showed up in my online account.
