The mammogram department lost my medical records: scan, reports, etc. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Do nit entrust them with your health or records.
These people are crooks. When I called to scheduled my mammogram and sonogram they told me I had to may a certain amount. I informed them that I had the same insurance and didn't have a copay the prior year. I then called my insurance company and they agreed that it was all covered. They gave me the codes. When I went today I was told I had to pay money out of pocket for my deductible. I handed the employee a piece of paper with the codes and he didn't even bother looking at it and said ok. I was called in to have a biopsy numerous of times by jennifer Savage whom works in lenox hill radiology on 77st manhattan. She continually stated i needed to get in asap because the findings was cancer. I spoke to my wife and thought if their saying it's cancer why biopsy. Duo i declined. Believing i had that right to change my mind. Just the thought of cancer leaves one blank, scared and confused.
