I am torn between a 3 and 4 because it was worked out, but it shouldn’t have been this way in the 1st place. I scheduled my MRI for 10am and then lathe day before, without even asking. You guys switched it to 10:20. I wasn’t thrilled but accepted the change anyways. Then today when I showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment, the desk person told me that it was at 10:45. I had multiple procedures scheduled. Reception had all coordinated and streamlined. I actually had all procedures done and out in 1 hour…. courteous, efficient and all friendly and pleasant staff.
The office is SO WELL RUN! Everyone friendly, pleasant and helpful! The technician was so kind and patient!! I was nervous before the appointment but was put so at ease! I was in and out before I knew it!! Highly recommend this location!!
