Terrible terrible terrible experience. I have an appointment at 8am for pelvic exam. I was called to the exam room at 8:15. Was told My bladder was not full and to go out to wait 15 more mins. After 15 mins., the lady came out, but called another patient. My Bladder was full at that time. So I continue to wait for another 30mins. I told a lady that I was very uncomfortable and to have her talk to the new technician that just arrived. She just laugh and didn’t care. Waited an hour and a half for my appt and then the computers went down and no one could be seen for an unknowable amount of time. The staff is lovely but the overall experience was highly unpleasant.
I have been using them for a while. Always a good experience.
