The check in staff is beyond rude, they are defensive from the get go, when people are at some of their most vulnerable. Attitude and some strange power trip. It's a shame because the actual medical professionals upstairs, if you can make it up there, are lovely. The downstairs needs to be trained, or get a vacation and gain some human decency. Jerks really.
