They are understaffed, so have placed billing/insurance responsibilities onto the only XRay Tech on site. There is no one on site who deals with billing or insurance issues. On my insurance’s end, there was no issue, but my account was being rejected for a copay. Insanely stupid and difficult issue to have from a patient perspective. They need to hire someone to do the job instead of the XRay tech, because that is not in any way supposed to be her job. So insanely stupid.
I came yesterday and they said that they don't do X-rays on Monday's and two other days, I came today and their system is down... ? I guess they are only open for ultrasounds this week. Maybe doing xrays is bothersome for the staff
