The preventative maintenance on my A/C took approximately an hour and seemed to be the proper amount of time to check and clean everything. But that was my main concern and the system has been working properly since then.
A/C maintenance service was quick and complete.
Last year a technician spent over an hour struggling with the same unit that this company diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes by tightening a loose connection. They definitely know more about portable A/C units than the last provider I used.
This AC repair service was much better than the other company I used. They promptly found the problem with the airflow and made the changes in two hours. The guy was very thorough and explained how to avoid such troubles in the future.
Fortunately, it was an easy fix, a clogged condensate drain line. The second HVAC professional was able to fix the problem promptly and even explained how to avoid the problem from happening again. My last experience involved the first technician suggesting an expensive part replacement, but this visit was done in about 45 minutes with some good cleaning and simple maintenance.
