Our heater kept shutting off, the thermostat was resetting, and the outdoor unit fan was not starting when the heating system called for service. A technician from Lenox Heating & Air arrived, checked the system, and found the issue in about 20 minutes. He then spent the next hour speaking with the manufacturer to confirm whether the replacement parts were still covered under warranty. Special thanks to the office manager at Lenox Heating & Air and to earl for making a stressful furnace repair situation much easier. My mother told me her furnace stopped working, and another company wanted to charge an extremely high price for a replacement system. We were truly impressed with Lenox Heating & Air! Working with Geoffrey made our furnace repair and system replacement easy and stress-free. The team handled our furnace change-out smoothly from start to finish.
