I highly recommend this company! Our heating furnace stopped working completely, but they quickly took care of it. They arranged for a new unit early in the morning, and by the next day, I received a text saying the equipment had arrived! Collin came out and immediately got to work in the attic, removing the old unit. Wyatt joined him to assist, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The next morning, I received a prompt call from a very friendly representative who understood my situation and informed me that a technician would be at my home within an hour and a half. When our home in New Lenox experienced a flood, our furnace system was damaged, including the units and ductwork. It was apparent that everything needed to be replaced. The team that came in to do the furnace repairs did a fantastic job. The cost of their services was both competitive and reasonable. Every time we've needed their services, Lenox Heating & Air has promptly come out and they're always good at explaining the issue and its solution. They've never attempted to upsell anything or push products. We eventually had to replace our entire AC system. Earl, Geoffrey, and Landon arrived early, and immediately got to work. By the end of the day, they had the new system installed, tested, and even helped me set up the thermostat.
