Built a project with their input based on pictures and conversations with the owner. When the time came for glass installation the owner decided the job was too difficult and walked the job. We asked the owner to come visit the site at the time of the build and he refused saying he couldn't waste his time. Perhaps that should have been our first clue. Wouldn't use or recommend Lenox Glass.
