RecommendedI’ve been a long time fan of Sue’s gym, always incredibly clean and very well kept with constant improvements in equipment and offerings. Sue and her team have knocked it out of the park with their new cryotherapy unit. I can’t even put into words the experience and the after effect, and it’s not available anywhere else in Berkshire County. Thank you Sue and Dan for bringing another amazing improvement to the gym, so excited to see what the long term benefits are!
