Have been a resident over 10 years, have asked to have just the 2 inside hallways touched up with paint to refresh regular wall marks accumulated over a decade...This whole asking Lenox UDR to paint two inside unit 14 year old staircase walls (not the entire unit at all), in an apartment we have occupied the whole time and spent (now get this...) around $400,000 on rent alone during that time (average $2,500 a month X 12 months X 14 years) now feels like a Saturday Night Live skit, or at least a long trip to the dentist. I should give it negative star! This landlord is HORRIBLE and we are suing them! Our apartment was completely flooded by a pipe burst happened suddenly at night. Just me and my two year old daughter were at home, and we were scared and shocked about the incident. The next day I called the office, they have no empty unit to put us and they are not offering any help, they just tell me to call my insurance company to find a solution.
