OMG !! This is the worst customer service ever. Placed an order for a laptop and they got the billing address wrong, could not ship until three weeks later, then delayed the shipment!! Cancelled the order.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop with 16 gb ram , 1 tb storage and I received one with 8 gb ram 256 gb storage. I called consumer support and requested to send my original order to me and was told “no”. They only accept return. It’s a gift for my daughter and she was so excited when she received it and then so upset. Lenovo.com is not honest and reliable.

This was probably the worse assignment I've ever been put on. I fell 6 months pregnant in their warehouse and never got worker comp. Then after I had my child when he was 2 months old they had a "summer fest and I ended up having a heat stroke. Safety was no where to be found. Then I was fired because of my reaction to my heat stroke. I only reacted that way due to a brain disease. It was also considered a disability. It ruined my whole life.
