I saw Lara for a skype session that was meant to help me manage some ongoing, extremely stressful life situations, and the resulting negativity and despair that had crept into my life. The session was wonderful, I'd never seen a hypnotist via skype before but it worked perfectly. Emotions are nebulous and hard to quantify, unlike a physical pain that is easily designated 1/10 5/10 and so on.....
