I ordered flowers for my grandfather's funeral from an online source and the ordered was filled by Lenora's Flowers and Gifts. The price of the arrangement was $175 and we got a $53 discount for the Cyber Monday deals which brought the price down to $122. I would have no issue with this price if the product had reflected the amount paid. However, when I got to the funeral home I was horrified to see a cheap basket containing four small potted plants! i honestly do not know how anyone could give mrs lenora a bad review. all her flowers are fresh and her arrangements are beautiful. her customer survive is wonderful. no florets can exactly make a arrangement look the same over and over again its nearly impossible. i will continue to buy from her for years to come.
Horrible experience! The pictures are Nothing like what you actually receive. If you want to get ripped off than please be mt guest. I wouldn't tell anyone to get anything from there and also than can really care less if you're are displeased. . Great customer service right? That's exactly how you lose business!
