Furniture came damaged, almost a year and still not resolved I purchased an armoire in 2010. The price was great, the delivery was timely, but when the piece arrived, it was damaged. It was still in the original packaging, so it was not the fault of the delivery truck. The driver took photos and we took photos and we all agreed that it was damaged upon arrival. great prices, lousy (non-existent) service I decided on a piece of furniture and did a search for the best price. I found it at Lenoir. I should have known during the ordering process that they didn't value my business as there was no follow up and they didn't even bother to charge my credit card for the deposit but I didn't think it would matter once I received my furniture.
