Lenoir County Health Department when I was pregnant with my daughter in 2000 she was born. while I was getting prenatal care they hid that my daughter had an intestinal blockage. She was 3 days old belly was getting big the Lenoir County Health Department hid and never told me. after she had her Surgery and then her second Surgery to reverse her colostomy bag she had a stroke and now has autism and mental issues behind her from didn't want to get a lawsuit.
Good luck. As with the department of health and human services, none of the people employed have the mental capacity needed to pick up a phone and speak into it. That alone shows all you need to know about the quality of their services. Animal control exists as an automated phone system menu option only.
