My stepdad had some pants taken here to be hemmed, after getting them back home and looking at them, they had not been touched. Will not be going back here
This place destroyed my Dawn Levy Down Coat. This coat was near brand new and now its all but destroyed. The down feathers are clumped and the leather strips are tore. I would have had a better outcome doing it myself at home. I am filing a complaint on this company because I took it back without any recourse.
