I'm not very happy with the results. I took two dresses there a couple of weeks ago. One that is my daughter's and one of mine. When I got them back I really didn't examine them. (Bad judgement on my part) Got a call a couple of days later, that they had found one of the roses off of my daughter's dress. (That she was going to wear at my nieces wedding the next week). My stepdad had some pants taken here to be hemmed, after getting them back home and looking at them, they had not been touched. Will not be going back here
This place destroyed my Dawn Levy Down Coat. This coat was near brand new and now its all but destroyed. The down feathers are clumped and the leather strips are tore. I would have had a better outcome doing it myself at home. I am filing a complaint on this company because I took it back without any recourse.
