Stopped by Lenny’s Pizza for dinner and overall had a good experience. You can order at the bar and sit outside or grab a table inside with full service. We chose outside, which probably wasn’t our best decision in August. It was hot, humid, and the flies were pretty relentless, so next time we’ll definitely sit inside. Lenny’s Pizza has a nice, relaxed atmosphere with nice options for both indoor and outdoor seating. During my visit, I ordered the Caprese and the Caesar salad with blackened chicken. The cheese in the Caprese wasn't quite as fresh as I would have preferred, but the Caesar salad was delicious—crispy, fresh, and the blackened chicken had fantastic flavor. Overall, a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy a meal!
I got a plain cheese 12" pizza and then the table got a 16" pizza called Steak me away as well as three appetizers of fried pickles, cheese curds, and calamari. The wife and brother n law both got cheese steaks and the other brother got a burger I believe. The kids both got pastas to split. All the food was good, but the drinks did not pack the punch. (The alcohol was week) I would go back if it lived here for sure. The last photo is from the beach about 5 minutes away.
Beware. The menu prices are misleading. They did not follow their own menu prices. The server could not explain it except in a convoluted confusing way. She was borderline rude and very good at inflating the check to overcharge us.I wish there was a manager to talk to. It was just an unfortunate and a very bad experience. Make sure to ask about any hidden charges beforehand. Or just avoid such places. I called the manager. She was understanding of the confusion and was helpful.
