I couldn't ask for better service and fair prices on work I have had done. They are the first people I call to work on my car. You don't have waited for weeks to get an appointment
This place lost my spare key after I went there for an oil change. I didn't even get any kind of apologies. Nor did they offer to replace it. Key fob have to be programmed by the dealership, it's not like I can I just make a copy at the hardware store. I finally explained they owe me a new key. The guy said he would contact the dealer and get one. But it never happened and I got tired of just hassling them to do the right thing! They clearly don't care.
