Lenny's repaired 2 of my vehicles after deer ran into my Honda and my son's Mustang. Our insurance company recommended them and I am so glad they did! From start to finish the entire staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Marc went above and beyond communicating regular updates with my son and his late model Mustang. Jordan and Brian were equally as amazing. Was super easy to deal with Lenny's, Insurance process was seamless, rental car was there waiting for me when I got there, repair was done quicker than promised, and the car looks great! Bonus points for cleaning the car inside and out!
I dropped my car off here after a deer jumped in front of my car and ruined the entire drivers side of my car. Not only were they prompt and exceeded my expectations with the collision repair, they also went out of their way to completely clean the interior of my car. I’m talking swept out, wiped down, cleaned off my floor mats. They even scraped off an old fading/falling apart sticker on my rear window. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be a returning customer when needed.
I had a great experience at Lenny’s Service Center! Jordan at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made everything easy and stress-free. When my car was finished, Bryan was so kind and took the time to walk me around it and told me to let him know if there was anything else he could do, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they both genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
