I was in a minor accident a lady hit me and put some deep dark scratchers in my white car and they did an amazing job pairing and fixing my car.. I took a car in for a pre purchase inspection. I paid the original price I was quoted. In addition to this, they sneaked a shop tools fee into my bill. I had heard of some small shady shops adding nonsense fees to customers' bills. I guess I wasn't expecting this place to do the same. Of course, tools are needed to perform work on a car, that is why you take cars to a shop, because they have the tools and the expertise to perform the job you were quoted on prior to you agreeing to having the do the job.
