Stopped in on my way home with my mom's utility trailer to see if they could fix the tire. It was a Friday around noon and the owner admitted how far I was driving, I told him 2 hrs. He told me to pull my trimmer in the back and 20 min later it was fixed. Only charged me $30.
Very disappointed in my service all around and in their customer service & quality of work. I brought my truck in for an alignment and now my truck's alignment is worse than when I brought it in. Then I was overcharged per my receipt and called to get it rectified and couldn't get straight answers. Also was upcharges for supplies they did not document what they were for. The waiting area is very dusty and disgusting. Was told to "swing by" and hope I get lucky to reach out to the owner.
Broke down in town no help from them
Never disappointed. I make an appointment and they get the job done. Clear communication.
