Can not recommend Lenny's enough. Had a recurring transmission issue and a new DEF issue that we brought to Kevin after losing complete faith in the shop we used to use. They were super quick to diagnose the issues, worked with us on a plan to do some preventive upgrades to the failed trans, and then were very patient while we dealt with a parts supply issue for one of the upgrades. My husband and I broke down on Friday just outside of Pembroke Ontario on our way to a vacation with the grandkids The owner was kind enough to make room to look at our car while we arranged a rental car He told us that it was serious but under warranty and to take it to the dealership He was honest kind and professional We appreciate the advice our vehicle is being fixed under warranty!
