Great Staff very Compassionate Cnas that go above and beyond to take good care of the residents. Great food and happy residents. Pleanty of activities and Clean facility. Employees who genuinely care about the residents. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for their family ❤️
I have been recovering here since July 21st after having total knee replacement surgery. The evening that I arrived, I received a warm greeting, hug and welcome from the nurse who was on staff .Her name is Yinka Johnson and she has taken exceptionally very well care of me for my entire time here. I put my mother in Lennwood to communicate with other residents and get quality care, but quit the opposite happen, her clothes are soaked with urine when I pick them up, she has fallen out her bed and she is a fall risk, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told as long as the patient hit the mat it is not considered a fall, I told to me a fall is a fall she came out her bed and hit the floor. My sister in-law has been at the Lennwood for close to a year. Everyone has been very nice and attentive to her care. My family has a care meeting several times to discuss how she is doing and no complaints from her or us so far.
