Came to Lennox this morning and got with a gentleman named Brad. Brad assisted me on getting all the correct parts I needed. Brad was very respectful, and helpful. I will continue going to Lennox because of the employees here at this store very nice and helpful team this store has!

I call Lennox for parts and warranty often for my job. I can say everytime I've spoken to someone there, they have done nothing but help me and quickly get the part I need ordered. The hold times are so much better than other parts distributors, I can call Lennox and they will answer immediately, while most other places put me on a long hold before even answering the call.
