Lennox has been ok, counter people are very helpful. My AC company has doubled in business the last few years, I was thinking about becoming a Lennox dealer to sell there Top of line products. Left a message 3 times to the sales rep Rick in the last 3 weeks. No reply
Not open to the public. Tried to purchase a simple capacitor and was turned away. I had to drive 30 mins away to buy the same thing elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

Bad costumer service front desk the lady try sell me a 6 thousand dollars 3.5 basic sistem and refuse to give me a options on prices I have to talk to in other representative which help me on the end
