It was a pleasure working with Mark at this Lennox store. We told him about our issue with our heat pump and the issues with a contractor who didn't complete his work (stopped by 6-7x since late June/early July 2021 until June of this year without a solution) causing a warranty to expire. We had to hire a second HVAC person who diagnosed the issue as the circuit defroster control board shorting causing the fuse to blow in our furnace.
