Jason and the whole crew here run a tight ship. Excellent customer service. Always helpful. Super fast even when busy. Can’t say enough good things about this store!
I ordered a nice pair of leather boots and received some rubber bottom plastic looking boots that came in a bag not a box!!! They won’t return my call and can’t get a live person on the phone!
Fired me for no reason when I needed a job the most. I was driving without a license or insurance fighting for my life to get there cause I needed a job to pay my rent. I just wanted to share my extremely positive experience today. I am a homeowner with a leaking evap coil that I wanted to get covered under my extended warranty on my 10 year old variable speed air handler. The warranty was expiring the following day. My HVAC company had submitted a claim to Lennox and it said it was under a 5-7 day review.
