From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Can't get a blower motor for a Lennox Elite furnace. Lennox company contacted but didn't give me the time of day. Unable to get parts for a high end unit...useless
Jaida walker and Dominic Biondillo jr at the Spring Hill location Are fantastic ! They are quick and efficient and definitely the best people I’ve ever dealt with at any Lennox store
They helped us get through a very difficult warranty situation caused by the new Refrigerant standards. Jada's follow-through was next level. Spring Hill yall have a keeper over there!
