I want to thank the team at Lennox for their excellent customer service. I ordered a motor that arrived about 10 minutes after closing time, and they still waited for me so I could pick it up. They were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find customer service like that nowadays. I really appreciate their support and dedication to helping contractors in the field. Highly recommended!
Nick C. helped me out without a question today. These parts are expensive, he walked me through the entire warranty process and even emailed me to let me know that it was approved. Nick emailed me product info and also got me a credit app within a 2 minute conversation!
