Horrible service, couldn’t get help. One guy spent the better part of an hour to find a motor he “couldn’t find.” Then the other guy sat up front on his phone while I was staring at his bald spot in his head. They are lazy!
Very disappointed with this Baton Rouge Lennox location. Our AC guy contacted them Tuesday because our unit needed a new fan blade. They said it would be ready to pick up on Wednesday but it wasn’t. Apparently it didn’t make it onto their truck that morning. Thursday came and my AC guy called them 3 times before he could get through. Sat on hold 25 mins the first time and never got through, sat on hold 15 mins the second time and never got through. Finally got through, they said they had it so he went to the store and got wh... read more

I’ve had a highly disappointing experience with Lennox products and their service. After installing a Lennox HVAC system, I encountered one issue after another. The evaporator coil began leaking not long after installation, and later, the condenser coil failed too. These are not small, isolated issues—Lennox is known for leaking coils, and even had a class action lawsuit over it.
