Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Licensed contractor here and they "kicked me out" the system because I don't shop there often. I dont shop there because they're difficult to deal with. So I have an old lady who I'm basically doing work for free to get her going. Because her unit is under warranty I have to get her part from lennox. After a few days they finally say my account is unlocked so I go by to warranty out the compressor and it's still locked. Over charge and half the stuff comes damaged.
