I just left the McDonough location. Darrell…what can I say about this very professional, exceptional customer service and just a nice guy! Lennox, if this is who you have hired for the public’s first point of contact at your location, please hire more just like Darrell. Customer service is no longer something you typically encounter in today’s world. But Mr. Darrell..you have shown that there are still a few good people out there!!
The counter guys are nice and knowledgeable. It’s a big warehouse so they have great stock too.

If you buy a lennox system, you’re crazy!!!! they system was installed in 2022 so far I had to replace a circuit board and then the compressor the whole compressor just went out on the on the system. They have these Lennox dealers that they request for you to use that have overpriced services!!! Trying to monopolized your faulty HVAC systems!!!
