If you buy a lennox system, you’re crazy!!!! they system was installed in 2022 so far I had to replace a circuit board and then the compressor the whole compressor just went out on the on the system. They have these Lennox dealers that they request for you to use that have overpriced services!!! Trying to monopolized your faulty HVAC systems!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Licensed contractor here and they "kicked me out" the system because I don't shop there often. I dont shop there because they're difficult to deal with. So I have an old lady who I'm basically doing work for free to get her going. Because her unit is under warranty I have to get her part from lennox. After a few days they finally say my account is unlocked so I go by to warranty out the compressor and it's still locked.
