Never answers the phone I have to call a store a hour away to get a answer
Apart from lennox reputation, most miserable customer service in whole horse shoe area.
Whenever you try to call them your on hold forever average 10+ min. Then they hang up on you before they answer. If they were not a manufacturer rep I doubt they would have much business. Been trying to get through for 25 min while writing this. I'm just trying to order parts for an approved repair. And they have hung up on me twice now.
Fast service
Miserable and frustrating to deal with. Guy behind the counter is just cranky and doesn't actually care to deal with you. Order to another location. Worth the drive elsewhere
