Whenever you try to call them your on hold forever average 10+ min. Then they hang up on you before they answer. If they were not a manufacturer rep I doubt they would have much business. Been trying to get through for 25 min while writing this. I'm just trying to order parts for an approved repair. And they have hung up on me twice now.

Miserable and frustrating to deal with. Guy behind the counter is just cranky and doesn't actually care to deal with you. Order to another location. Worth the drive elsewhere
Horrible lennox has got to be the hardest to get ahold of , only way to get ahold of someone is to go into the store directly. Other then that your screwed
I am an air conditioning contractor and I needed a condenser fan motor under warranty, I spoke to JIM over the phone and he got my parts ready by the time I came to the store, Jim was professional and very helpful thank you so much
