We typically use a different store due to our location in Waxahachie but one of our techs forgot 2 essential parts out of our warehouse for an installation. I called and spoke with Vonnie and she was nothing short of amazing! She was very friendly and had a great energy. You just never know who you are going to get when you answer the phone but I am so grateful she answered my call and got everything for my tech in a very quick turnaround. 10 Stars for Vonnie!!!!
Excellent customer service. Erica is always extremely helpful and professional. She makes coming to the Escondido location very comfortable and is a great asset to Lenox.
